Terms of service
The agreement
These terms govern your use of StarRep, a product of SocialTrend.ai. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the practice you represent.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact data you upload, for having the consent required to email those people, and for the conduct of every user you invite.
Acceptable use
You may not use StarRep to offer anything of value in exchange for a review, to solicit selectively on the basis of expected rating, to publish content you have not reviewed, or to misrepresent who you are. Accounts doing any of these are suspended.
Compliance responsibility
StarRep checks content against the rule packs configured for your practice. That check is a control, not legal advice, and it does not transfer responsibility. You remain the advertiser and licensee, and your regulator holds you, not us.
Trial and billing
The trial runs 14 days from account creation and requires no card. Paid plans are billed per location, monthly in advance, and cancel at the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not commit to an uptime figure on self-serve plans. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the application.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for regulatory penalties assessed against your practice.
Changes
We may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email to account owners. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
