Privacy policy
Scope
This policy covers starrep.io and the StarRep application. StarRep is operated by SocialTrend.ai.
What we collect
Account details you give us, the contact records your practice uploads or connects, review and reply content retrieved from Google Business Profile, delivery and engagement events for the messages we send on your behalf, and ordinary server logs.
Your clients’ data
For contact records you upload, your practice is the controller and StarRep is the processor. We use those records only to send the requests you configure and to record their delivery state. We do not sell them, do not use them to train models, and do not use them for any purpose of our own.
Legal basis and consent
You are responsible for having the consent email requires before a contact is uploaded. StarRep checks recorded consent state before each send and blocks sends where it is absent, but it cannot recover how consent was obtained.
Cookies
The marketing site sets no non-essential cookie before you accept. Analytics runs only after consent and the banner defaults to declining. The application sets a session cookie that is strictly necessary.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion, self-serve in the application or by writing to privacy@starrep.io. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws have the rights those laws give them, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
