Can I remove a bad review?
+
No. It will not remove a bad review, and it will not stop one from being written. Anyone selling you that is selling you an FTC problem. What StarRep does instead is get you answered fast and outnumbered by the reviews you never asked for.
Is asking for reviews allowed?
+
Asking is allowed. Asking selectively is the part that is not. StarRep asks everyone on the list with the same wording on the same cadence, offers nothing in exchange, and never puts a survey in front of the review link.
What counts as a location?
+
One Google Business Profile listing. A practice with three offices under three listings is three locations. Multiple licensed professionals under one listing is one location.
Do you write the reviews?
+
No. StarRep has no mechanism to create a review. It asks, and the person writes what they want to write.
What happens when the 14 days end?
+
Nothing is charged and nothing is sent. The account goes read-only until you choose a plan. There is no card on file to charge.
Can my compliance officer see what went out?
+
Yes. Every request, reply and repost carries a clearance record with the rule it was checked against and a timestamp, exportable as CSV without asking us.
